How long does it take to process my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $69 or more. Orders under $69 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $12.99.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@Snkbet.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns, Snkbet covers the cost of return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
